Off to Alderney again at the end of a terrible run of weather with all trips cancelled.
First day found plenty of mackerel off Swanage then a bumpy crossing.
We had a good selction of turbot, brill and bass on the banks...
Dave Lynes from Poole with a 6lb brill
Nigel Hillier with 8lb turbot
Then an excellent day's wrecking on the way home despite breezy conditions
Alex Rowland from Boscombe with 8lb cod
Dave Lynes again with 15lb pollack
Pete Knight with a hard fighting double figure pollack
Yes its Dave Lynes again this time with an 8lb coalfish.
Think I'll rename this website davelynesfishing.com

John Tisdale came up from Cornwall with a group of anglers looking for turbot and bream.
The weather was perfect and we headed west.
The bream were scarce in the morning so we went on to the Shambles and managed 3 turbot the best a beautiful fish of 8lb Mike Bryant. Found good bream at Kimmeridge in the afternoon.
