Even though it was a huge spring tide yesterday we managed to sneak out to the offshore banks for the short period over slack. Rather disappiontingly we only had two fish but on the other hand one of them was probably a British Record. weighed at 22lb onboard and promptly released the spurdog was the biggest the boats ever seen!!
