Catch Reports: First trip to the banks

Last trip for january saw us heading out the banks for the first time in a nice easterly wind over tide with rain. This didnt put the fish off with 5 blondes 3 spurs a snake a pollack and some nice whiting making an appearance.Also last weekend saw a few more cod and plenty of whiting coming aboard from the inshore grounds, it is nice to see them sticking around for longer than last year, i'm sure we will see a couple more on the coming spring tide.
