What a load of Pollacks

With A break in the weather on saturday we were able to get out to the 30-40 mile wrecks to fish on the drift. With great results from two wrecks we haven't used before plus a couple of old favourites every angler went home with pollack in there bags. Top angler of the day was Dave with his superb 17.5lber followed shortly by a 13lber taken on a 4 inch blue side winder. The tally at the end of the day was between 20 and 25. Can't wait to get out there with some live eels.

Wrecking kicked off mid-channel last weekend with perfect weather giving us the opertunity to go as far as 35 miles to some marks. Drift fishing went well with the best pollack being Chippy turners on sunday weighing in at 13lb. This was accompanied by plenty of sporting congers on the slack both days.
