August Trips

With hot and settled weather the fishing remains good...
Rob Chandler from Dartmouth used live mackerel to catch his best ever bass of 8lb on the Isle of Wight grounds
3 generations of the Legg family all with fine bass Ernie, William and Garry with 5-6lb fish
Charlie Watts with a 25lb reef conger which was returned alive

July Reef and wreck trips

The wrecks and reefs continue to fish well and produce some good fish
Andy Woodman from Peterborough with a 13lb cod caught on the rips a reef some 25miles south of Poole.
Harry Hyun came from Seoul, Korea and landed this 30lb eel from a reef mark by St Alban's race
Ian Napier from Poole used alive mackerel to catch this big mouthed 13lb pollack from a wreck 30 miles out.
The first John Dorry caught on Silver Spray on a storm shad!
